Postage and Shipping
Please note that all parcels must be signed for unless you have provided an ATL (Authority to Leave)
message during checkout.
Postage and handling charges are in addition to the retail price. Free shipping on all
domestic orders over $200. We also process international orders and can
notify you of costs. Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout
are correct for both domestic and international orders.
Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased, you can return them to us for a
refund or exchange.
Please inform us by email within five days of receiving the item and return the items within 10
working days from the date you originally received the order.
Contact me first on email and I will provide my return address.
Refunds will not include the original postage and handling costs.
Please keep in mind that until the goods are received in undamaged condition, the responsibility of
the goods remains with the purchaser.
We therefore recommend sending all goods via registered and insured Post to ensure the goods
can be tracked whilst in transit.
Please allow up to five working days from receipt by us of your returned goods for the refund to
be processed.
We will normally refund using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods.
Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be refunded only
if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
